# Kashfy

> Kashfy is AI clinic software for doctors, clinics, labs and radiology centers in Egypt. An AI receptionist answers patients on the clinic's own WhatsApp number in Egyptian Arabic and English, 24/7, and books them into the schedule. Visits, prescriptions, lab and radiology results, finance and the team run from one dashboard. Clinics pay per booking, not per doctor.

Key facts:
- Pricing is per booking, not per doctor or per message. Each plan is a monthly (or yearly) fee that includes a set number of bookings; extra bookings cost the plan's overage price.
- Every plan includes every feature. Plans differ only in included bookings, doctor seats, the website widget, the "Powered by Kashfy" badge and support priority.
- The first 30 bookings are free, with no card and no time limit.
- Only visits that actually happen count as bookings. Cancellations and no-shows never count.
- Going over a plan never stops bookings or the AI.
- AI messages have a fair-use allowance that grows with bookings. Passing it never pauses the AI; the Kashfy team reaches out about a better-fitting plan.
- Payment is by InstaPay, mobile wallet or bank transfer, in EGP. There is no online card payment.
- Patients message the clinic's own WhatsApp Business number on Meta's official Cloud API. Telegram bots are free.
- Cancel any time; patients, visits and prescriptions stay available to export for 30 days after cancellation.

- Clinic (Multi-doctor clinic): 4,499 EGP/month; 2,000 bookings/month included; up to 10 doctors; extra booking 2.5 EGP. Website widget: yes. Remove "Powered by Kashfy": yes. Priority support: no.
- Center (Polyclinic, lab, radiology): from 8,999 EGP/month, quoted by volume (contact sales); 5,000 bookings/month included; unlimited doctors; extra booking 2 EGP. Website widget: yes. Remove "Powered by Kashfy": yes. Priority support: yes.

Yearly (the price of 10 months, "2 months free"):
- Solo: 7,999 EGP/year; 3,600 bookings/year included; same doctors, extra-booking price and features as monthly.
- Team: 19,999 EGP/year; 9,600 bookings/year included; same doctors, extra-booking price and features as monthly.
- Clinic: 44,999 EGP/year; 24,000 bookings/year included; same doctors, extra-booking price and features as monthly.
- Center: from 89,999 EGP/year; 60,000 bookings/year included; same doctors, extra-booking price and features as monthly.

Every plan includes:
- AI receptionist that answers and books on WhatsApp, in Egyptian Arabic and English
- Knowledge base the AI answers from
- Unlimited WhatsApp reminders (Kashfy doesn't charge for reminders. A reminder sent more than 24 hours after the patient's last message is a WhatsApp template message, and Meta charges you for it.)
