Rooms are assignable per doctor per day. If a conflict happens, the board shows it as a warning before the booking is confirmed.
Can I set up recurring vacations (Fridays off)?
Yes. Weekly recurring off-days are part of the schedule, so a doctor who never works Fridays never has to re-enter that block.
How do patients pick a doctor on WhatsApp?
Kashfy asks by name, specialty, or availability. If the patient says 'the earliest', the AI picks the doctor with the closest free slot.
