Common questions
Do you support official Egyptian lab certifications?
PDF results include your lab's name, license, and technician stamp. If you're accredited (CAP, ISO), the certification badge appears on the delivery.
What about home-sample collection?
There's a separate 'collection queue' for home samples. A driver picks up the sample, the intake is registered at the home address, and processing continues as normal.
How do referring doctors get results?
If they're on Kashfy, results appear on the patient's clinic profile automatically. Otherwise, we send them the PDF on WhatsApp using the phone you registered for them.
Can I set different TATs for urgent vs routine tests?
