How does billing work?
You pick a monthly plan with a set number of included bookings. If you go above that in a month, we add a small overage fee per extra booking. You get one invoice at month-end.

Can I change plans later?
Yes - switch plans anytime from Clinic Settings. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing month.

What if a patient cancels?
Kashfy handles cancellations automatically and updates the schedule in real time. Cancelled bookings don't count toward your monthly quota.
