Fewer awkward reception moments
Which cards you accept, communicated up front
The problem
A patient shows up with an insurance card. Reception says 'sorry, we don't take that one'. The patient is now angry, tired, and has wasted their afternoon. This happens every day.
Insurance Providers
Add every insurance provider you accept as a card in the settings. Bupa, AXA, MetLife, Medgulf, Allianz, Armed Forces Hospital, Ministry of Health - anything you have a contract with, or accept custom, lands in the list. Patients booking on WhatsApp are asked which card they use, and Kashfy checks against your list before quoting a price.
For each provider, you set the co-pay vs the cash price. If Bupa patients pay 100 EGP co-pay while cash pays 500 EGP, the AI quotes correctly during the conversation - no more 'you said 200 on the phone but the desk says 500' confusion.
Providers can be toggled on or off in seconds. Contract with AXA expiring next month? Turn it off, and the AI starts telling new AXA patients 'we don't accept your card as of X'. Reception isn't the one delivering the bad news anymore.

Who this is for
Contracted with 6+ private insurers
Bupa, AXA, MetLife, Medgulf, Allianz, GlobeMed. Each with different co-pays. The AI quotes correctly for whichever card the patient carries.
Occasional custom / corporate contracts
A local company signs a group deal for its 200 employees. Add them as a custom provider with negotiated pricing - and their employees get quoted correctly on WhatsApp.
Government-only clinic
Armed Forces, Ministry of Health, and Health Insurance Organization patients only. No private cards accepted. The AI politely declines any other card at booking time.
Common questions
What if the patient's card requires pre-approval?
Mark the provider as 'pre-approval required'. The AI tells the patient to bring the approval, and reception won't check them in without it.
Can I have different insurance rules per branch?
Yes. Each branch has its own accepted-providers list, so a Cairo branch and an Alexandria branch can be contracted with different companies.
What does the finance report show for insurance visits?
Every insurance-covered visit is tagged with the provider. The report shows revenue by provider so you know which contract is most valuable.
Can the patient upload their card in advance?
Yes. During the WhatsApp booking flow, the AI can ask for a photo of the card and attach it to their profile before they arrive.
