The problem
The paper file grows for years. Doctors flip through it looking for the last prescription, the last lab, the note about the allergy - and half the time the file isn't even there because it's with another doctor.
Patients & Medical Records
Every patient profile is built from real events. The first time someone books a visit, Kashfy creates the record. From that point on, every appointment, prescription, lab result, radiology scan, uploaded document, or note attaches itself to the profile automatically.
