Can I customize the bubble's colours?
The widget picks up your site's CSS automatically. If you want to override, there are 4 CSS variables you can set (primary color, radius, size, position).
Does the widget slow down my site?
No. The script is 12KB and loads asynchronously after page render, so it never blocks anything.
What if a patient wants to continue the conversation later?
The widget remembers the conversation via a cookie. If the patient closes and comes back, they pick up where they left off. Reception can also continue the same thread on WhatsApp if they leave a phone number.
