Dental clinic management software in Egypt

A dental clinic isn't like other clinics. Patients come back over several sessions, a plan covers several teeth, payments come in instalments, and crowns and bridges go back and forth with the lab. That's why Kashfy has modules built for dentists, on top of everything a regular clinic needs.

Before Kashfy

They switch on by themselves as soon as you add a doctor whose specialty is dentistry: the chart inside the visit sheet, a Dental tab on the patient file, and dental lab, inventory and doctor share pages in the dashboard.

The plan lives on paper

The dentist writes the plan on a sheet or keeps it in their head. The patient returns a month later and nobody remembers what's left or what price was agreed.

Instalments in a notebook

How much has the patient paid, and what's left? Reception digs through a notebook, and some money quietly slips away every month.

Month-end doctor shares

Each dentist has a percentage, lab costs may or may not be deducted, and the maths takes a full day in Excel and still ends up wrong.

Patient account

Instalments without the notebook

Every payment is recorded against the treatment plan. Split what's left into the number of instalments you agree on, and the next one due is always highlighted.

Reception records the payment, the doctor sees the balance, nobody digs through paper.

Dental lab

Every crown, tracked until it's fitted

Log the order with the tooth, the work and the lab, and follow it from sent to fitted. You know what's late before the patient is in the chair.

Lab costs show to managers only. Dentists see the work, not the bill.

Doctor share

Month-end shares in seconds, not a day of Excel

Each dentist's share comes from the work they did or the money collected that month, at their own percentage. Lab costs come off first if your clinic works that way.

Payouts are recorded too, so what's still owed is always right.

All included

Everything dental clinics need

FDI tooth chart

Anatomical teeth with roots, five surfaces per tooth, and conditions like caries, filling, root canal, crown, bridge, implant and extraction. Every change is logged with its date and the dentist's name.

Priced treatment plans

Pick a procedure on a tooth and the price fills in from the clinic list or the dentist's own prices. Send the plan to the patient on WhatsApp with the total, what's paid and what's left.

Patient account and instalments

Every payment is recorded against the plan, and the balance splits into the number of instalments you choose. Overdue instalments stand out without searching.

Dental lab orders

Log the order with the tooth, type, lab and due date, and track it until it's back and fitted. Lab cost is visible to managers only.

Doctor share

Each dentist's share is calculated monthly from work done or money collected, with lab costs deducted if the clinic wants, plus what's been paid out and what's owed.

Supplies inventory

Stock on hand, a minimum per item, and a warning when something is running low before you run out mid-case.

WhatsApp booking

Patients book their next session on WhatsApp by themselves, and the reminder goes out a day before.

WhatsApp AI Booking

Pay per booking, not per doctor

From 799 EGP a month. Every module in every plan.
