The problem

At the end of the month the owner adds up each dentist's patients from a notebook, takes off lab bills from memory, and the doctor's number never matches the clinic's.

Percentage, base and lab cost

Type each doctor's percentage in the table and it saves when you click away. Choose what it's calculated on: Collected - money actually paid for their visits and treatment plans - or Billed - the plan lines they marked done plus what was paid for their other visits. Turn on Deduct lab cost first and each doctor's dental lab costs come off before the percentage.

For each month, every doctor gets one row: the base, their lab costs, their share ((base - lab) × percentage), what's been paid out and what's still owed. Arrows move between months, and each dentist sees only their own numbers under My share in the doctor portal.
