The problem

Each branch with its own number and bot

The branch switcher sits at the top of the sidebar. Pick Maadi and the board, the calendar and the numbers show Maadi; pick 'All branches' and you see the whole group. Each branch can have its own WhatsApp number and Telegram bot - patients writing to a branch's number are booked at that branch, and its reminders go out from that same number.

One patient file

Patients aren't split by branch. Someone who visited Maadi in March and Zayed in May has one file, and each visit card says which branch it happened at, so the doctor at Zayed sees the Maadi visit and its prescription.

A QR on every front desk

Every front desk gets a printed QR poster. Patients scan it on arrival: if they booked, one tap marks them arrived; if they walked in, they pick the doctor and take a queue number; after the visit they download their prescription from the same phone. And when the clinic changes hands, the owner transfers ownership to another team member in one step and stays on as an admin or employee.
