1. What Cookies Are
Cookies are small text files that a website asks your browser to store. They let the site remember you between pages and visits. Similar technologies, such as the browser's local storage, work the same way and are covered by this policy too.
This policy explains which cookies Kashfy ("we", "our", "us") uses on kashfy.site and app.kashfy.site, why, and how you can control them. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
2. How We Use Cookies
Necessary: required to sign you in, keep your session secure, and remember basic settings such as your language and the clinic you are working in. The Service cannot work without them, so they cannot be switched off.
Analytics: help us understand how the website and app are used, in aggregate, so we can improve them. We use Google Analytics and PostHog. These cookies are set only if you allow them.
Marketing: help us measure our advertising and show our ads to people likely to find them useful. We use the Meta Pixel. These cookies are set only if you allow them.
We never set analytics or marketing cookies inside the chat widget that clinics embed on their own websites, and we never use cookies to read patients' medical information.

4. Managing Your Choices
When you first visit, we ask whether you allow analytics and marketing cookies. Until you choose, only necessary cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time from "Your privacy choices" below, or from the account menu inside the app (Learn more, then Your privacy choices).
Withdrawing consent stops the related cookies from being set again and removes those already set by our scripts.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies will stop you from signing in.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when we add or remove cookies. We will update the "Last updated" date above, and ask for your consent again if we add a new optional category.
